About Cathy Ricci
Before learning the sales side of the real estate business, Cathy spent 15 years learning the construction side. Cathy has always loved architecture and old properties, and her husband and his brother have always been in the construction industry as well. After working as a tour director and traveling the world for many years, Cathy decided it was time to work closer to home, especially since she and her husband were getting married at the time. Therefore, with their construction background, real estate seemed like the right way to go! Now, with 20+ years of experience, Cathy’s goal has always been to bring honesty and integrity to the real estate industry to move REALTORS® away from the ‘used car salesman’ umbrella. She will always try to bring forward things most buyers and sellers don’t think about when purchasing and selling. Cathy is oftentimes described as honest & straightforward, qualities her buyer clients specifically appreciate, hence the reason she has more sales with buyers than sellers. Cathy is also described by her clients as generous and reliable as she works diligently to make sure her clients achieve their goals!
After graduating high school, Cathy took a few classes at Mass Bay in business but decided to jump right into working soon after, and she has had many jobs since. Cathy grew up a gas jockey at her dad’s service station, and she has driven everything from a limo to a school bus to a taxi to a tow truck. Cathy also worked at DeVincent Farms and Russos, when it was a little farmstead in Watertown in the 70s.
Cathy grew up in Watertown and now resides in West Cambridge, near Fresh Pond on the Belmont Watertown line a.k.a. Strawberry Hill.
