Lamacchia Realty was pleased to announce its expansion to Norwood last October when top local broker Julie Gross joined forces with the company. Julie, along with Stephen Woelfel, and existing local Lamacchia Realty agents Kristen Meleedy, Sacha Anastasio, Katherine Kesaris, Elaine Hoffman, Meghan Martin and Bea Murphy, and new agents Jessica Gauthier, Melissa McColgan, Alex Mann, and Frank MacLean now have a new office conveniently located in the heart of Norwood Center which recently opened after Lamacchia Realty decorated the office space at 91A Central Street.
The office space was redecorated to enhance the office environment for our agents and local clients. The space now boasts a kitchen area, conference room, reception and waiting area, two agent offices, 6 agent computer stations in addition to staff workstation.
On June 5th, all are welcome to join Lamacchia Realty Norwood for the grand opening event at 5:30 PM which will offer appetizers, drinks, and an opportunity to connect with local agents and residents in celebration of the new office.
In the last three years, Lamacchia Realty has more than doubled in agent count, sales volume and revenue. Lamacchia Realty opened two offices in Woburn and Worcester in 2016, in addition to the existing Waltham and Westford offices. Norwood is the fifth Lamacchia Realty location.
