Worcester, MA – Lamacchia Realty is pleased to open its doors to its brand new renovated office in Worcester to local friends, clients, and fellow realtors at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, June 28th at 5:30 PM.
Lamacchia Realty has been selling homes in Worcester and surrounding communities all over Worcester County since 2008. Lamacchia finally opened a temporary office in Worcester in 2016 on Park Ave until a more permanent location was determined.
Since 2016, Lamacchia Realty has grown in the Worcester market from two agents including Michelle Wesson, who was number one in overall sales at Lamacchia last year as well as a member of Lamacchia prestigious Presidents club, along with realtor Genevieve Botelho, to now 18 realtors and counting. Our local Realtors now include AJ Bruce, Amy Daignault, Annie Nutter, David Norwood, Dawn Kelley, Deanna Faucher, Evan Salmon, Glen Lucchese, Jill Kosiba, Joanne Paquette, Karlie DeCarlo, Karole O’Leary, Mark Gorden, Nichole Proctor, Nicole LeBlanc, Tim Hansen, Tracy Long, and Yana Ellowitz. Meghan Casagranda is there full-time to assist the agents and oversees the day to day around the office, and John Millen, who is a Realtor, is in charge of Business Development for the company in the Worcester County.
With the continual increase in agent count, the company is thrilled to now offer a state of the art, newly renovated facility for their Worcester county clients and agents. Lamacchia is in discussions with several other top performing teams, Realtors, and broker owners about joining the company by the end of the year.
In November 2017, Lamacchia Realty purchased a commercially zoned cape house which was mostly taken down to the studs and rebuilt to accommodate several agents, a training center, and kitchen area, along with a reception and waiting area for clients. Joseph Petty, Mayor of Worcester, will be present for the ribbon cutting ceremony which begins at 6:00 PM after which appetizers and drinks will be served.
Lamacchia Realty has more than tripled in agent count, sales volume and revenue in the last three years.
